Dear ALSC folks,
Have you used a beginning reading book published in 2008 that especially engaged children who are beginning readers? If so, the Geisel Award Committee wants to hear from you.
In January we are charged to select the winner of the Geisel Award for the best book published in 2008 for beginning readers. The award is given for both text and illustrations.
Please send any suggestions you have to me at jatkinso@slis.ua.edu. Our committee appreciates your ideas.
