I’m so excited to be here and be live blogging! Starting at Noon (central time), I’ll start posting and tweeting from the ASCLA & Toon Books joint institute on Comics and Literacy. Before I sign off, I wanted to share a quick tidbit of information that will help you upon arriving at McCormick. The signs for registration are very difficult to see, so when you get off the second escalator, hang a sharp right! Registration will be along that back wall. After you register be sure to grab your ALSC Ribbon and wear it proud!
Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend the ALSC & Leadership event on Saturday as I will be in award deliberations Saturday and Sunday- but if you see me around or at the social on Monday evening, please say hello! I love to meet new people 🙂
