My first night at #ala11, I went to Emeril’s NOLA Restaurant and had the best meal of my life. The restaurant has a quaint feel, the staff are nice and efficient and the food was amazing. I had the Fried Green Tomatoes, Apple Braised Pork Shank and Banana Pudding Layer Cake all of which had amazing flavors and beautiful presentation. If you can eat there while you are in New Orleans (make a reservation) be sure to try the Banana Pudding Layer Cake!
