Two days before travel and I am frantically trying to get organized for #ala2013 in Chicago!\u00a0 Believe it or not, this is the first time I am attending a conference in Chicago, and I\u00a0am finding\u00a0\u00a0myself incredibly grateful to be living in this age of the smart phone.\u00a0 As a school librarian, the last few weeks have been a mad dash to the end of classes, returns, shelving, inventory and now ordering.\u00a0 Between figuring out what to pack for potentially stormy weather, and downloading the Chicago public transit apps, I am putting together a book order.<\/p>\n
