These activities were recently mailed to public libraries on the back of a colorful Curious George banner. These activities may also be found online at <a href=\"http:\/\/pbskids.org\/curiousgeorge\/parentsteachers\/activities\/\">pbskids.org\/curiousgeorge\/parentsteachers\/activities\/<\/a> under Curiosity Center Activities located in the column on the left of the page.<\/p>\n<p><img src='https:\/\/www.alsc.ala.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/cg_reuse-boats.jpg' alt='reuse boats' \/><br \/>\nThe activities detail how to set up and run hands-on \u201cCuriosity Centers\u201d\u009d where children can explore earth science topics, making their own discoveries about recycling, wind, and soil and sand. Book recommendations are included as well as simple materials lists, learning goals, and leader notes.
