I love the Olympics. I love the Olympic torch relay leading up to the games. I love the pomp and pageantry of the Opening Ceremony. I love the patriotism of the parade of nations. I love the idea of the world coming together in peace. I love the Olympic motto: \u201cFaster. Higher. Stronger.\u201d\u009d I love learning more about the history of the Olympics \u2014 both ancient and modern. I love the celebration of the best athletes our global community has to offer. I love the way the athletes strive to demonstrate good sportsmanship. I love the stories of perseverance and the commitment of the athletes. I love the Olympics, and I look forward to the next two weeks of competition.<\/p>\n

Kids coming into our Library will also be interested in the Olympics. It\u2019s fun to share some of the Olympic spirit!<\/p>\n
