Here at the ALSC office, we&#8217;ve heard from a lot of libraries that are doing some fun things. Here are a few examples below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On Saturday, April 28, the <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.ala.org\/websurvey\/alsc\/dia\/details.cfm?id=2133\" title=\"Harrington Library\">Harrington Library<\/a> of the Plano (Texas) Public Library System will be hosting an event with crafts, stories and an &#8220;Manana Iguana&#8221; puppet show!\n<li>On Tuesday, April 24, the <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.ala.org\/websurvey\/alsc\/dia\/details.cfm?id=2404\" title=\"Buckhead Branch\">Buckhead Branch<\/a> of the Atlanta Fulton (Ga.) Public Library System will be be hosting even featuring Pura Belpr\u00e9 award-winning books, books authored by Pura Belpr\u00e9, and a display about her life and career.\n<li>On Tuesday, May 6, the <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.ala.org\/websurvey\/alsc\/dia\/details.cfm?id=2287\" title=\"Brentwood Public Library\">Brentwood (N.Y.) Public Library<\/a> will be celebrating their 6th D\u00ed\u00ada celebration with a storyteller\/singer who will present &#8220;stories and songs of Latin America.&#8221;\n<li>On Monday, April 30, the <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.ala.org\/websurvey\/alsc\/dia\/details.cfm?id=2380\" title=\"Buhl Public Library\">Buhl (Idaho) Public Library&#8217;s<\/a> afterschool elementary-age book club will host as many as 6 countries featuring books, posters, foods, and a talk about their country.<br \/>\n<\/uL><\/p>\n<p>These are just a few of the great examples of <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.ala.org\/websurvey\/alsc\/dia\/map.cfm\" title=\"Dia Map\">celebrations around the country<\/a>.
