Are you interested in writing for the ALSC Blog? Do you have an energetic\/compelling\/effective writing style? Do you want to help support the ALSC Blog mission “to provide a venue for coverage of time sensitive news in children\u2019s librarianship, current issues in the field, and programs, conferences, initiatives, resources, and activities of interest to ALSC members and those interested in children\u2019s librarianship?<\/em>”<\/p>\n

Two opportunities await!<\/p>\n

\"PLA<\/a>The Public Library Association conference<\/a> is taking place in Nashville later this month. We plan to have a team of live bloggers writing from the conference who will share short pieces telling about the people they are meeting and the sessions they are attending, as well as offering information about what they are experiencing and learning. Maybe YOU would like to participate as a live blogger!<\/p>\n

\"ALSC<\/a><\/p>\n

We are seeing growth in our Blog and would like to add to our team of regular ALSC Bloggers. Regular ALSC bloggers must be members of the Association for Library Service to Children;\u00a0<\/a>they normally submit one piece per month.<\/p>\n
