We’ve got new winners and a new name!

To demonstrate its continuing commitment to the librarian’s role as a media mentor and its responsiveness to committee concerns, the ALSC Board has changed the name and charge of our committee to:<\/p>\n
\nNotable Children’s Digital Media Committee<\/b><\/div>\nCharge: To evaluate, select, annotate and present a list of notable digital media of interest to children which is updated on a continual basis.\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\nWe are excited about the change and look forward to working with partner committees as we transition with the\u00a0 assistance of the Digital Media Awards Implementation Task Force.\u00a0 These are exciting and changing times!\u00a0 With new committee appointments coming up soon, please consider requesting a spot on our virtual committee when you fill out your ALSC Volunteer Form (it’s now online)<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
