Reference and User Services.<\/strong> Considering context and format of delivery, along with the information itself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Programming Skills.<\/strong> Sometimes you need backup to keep it fresh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Knowledge, Curation, and Management of Materials.<\/strong> When\u2019s the last time you really looked at your collection?<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Outreach and Advocacy.<\/strong> Saying it in a way they will hear it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Administrative and Management Skills.<\/strong> (It can take a while to refine the art.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Professionalism and Professional Development.<\/strong> This is just the beginning.
