Call for Suggestions – 2021 Sibert Award

Read any good children’s informational books lately? The award committee for the 2021 Sibert Medal is seeking your suggestions! This honor is awarded annually to the author(s) and illustrator(s) of the most distinguished informational book published in the United States in English during the preceding year. 

Below are a few key items to bear in mind as you submit your suggestions:

  • An informational book is defined as one written and illustrated to present, organize, and interpret documentable, factual material.
  • Distinguished is defined as noted for significant achievement; marked by quality, excellence, or eminence; distinctive.  
  • Only books published in 2020 are eligible for this award.

    Hi, I am the author of a children’s book that I have published various books in this regard by motekhassesan. Most of the books are illustrated and some of them are in 3D. Is it possible for me to get this award؟
