Today is the beginning of conference for many attendees. It’s also the day of the Bill Morris Seminar which is ALSC’s book evaluation training event. Taking place every two years, this
invitation-only event is a great way to familiarize yourself with the work of ALSC’s book and media award committees. It is made possible by the William C. Morris Endowment.
This morning around 30 attendees from all across the country came together to learn the latest in children’s media evaluation techniques. It should be a fun day of stories, ideas, and of course, children’s media.
