Greetings from Seattle! I just got back from the opening reception at the Exhibit Hall. I was so busy chatting and looking at books that I forgot to eat. Good thing I packed some snack bars in my suitcase. The publishers were very generous with the galleys. Great books on display, too. I was especially impressed with the new DK book, Horses: The Ultimate Treasury. In addition to beautiful photographs and interesting facts, it features step-by-step grooming instructions.
It’s almost 1:00 a.m. my time, so I’ll call it a day and get some sleep. Tomorrow is going to be another wonderful and busy day. I’m so grateful to be here.
