#ALSC12: And we’re off!

I just got back to my hotel room after a great Happy Hour to kick off my #ALSC12 experience. I’ve already met some great folks from a variety of library settings–public, school, state, academic, library associations… I am so excited about all of the idea-sharing that will happen over the course of the Institute if tonight’s conversations are a sign of what’s to come. I’ve already got plenty to ponder in the realm of early literacy outreach, the importance of play, and STEM initiatives. Sound interesting to you? Stay tuned!
