The Betsy Ross Homepage (http://www.ushistory.org/betsy/) is the Web Site of the Month on the ALSC Great Web Sites for Kids (http://www.ala.org/greatsites). The page contains a virtual tour of her house, flag rules, flag trivia and lots of information. The Betsy Ross Homepage was launched on January 1, 1996, the 244th anniversary of Betsy Ross’s birth. ushistory.org is created and hosted by the Independence Hall Association in Philadelphia.

    That is really great site! This reminds me on the fascinating article Smithsonian Magazine recently did on Betsy Ross and the original US flag. Very interesting reading if you get a chance to read it.
