If a cowboy has a “caboodle” exactly what does he have?

Is it: a) Everything b) Nothing c) a Bull Calf And the answer is… A!  A caboodle is cowboy lingo for the whole amount, everything, nothing held back.  Sometimes the saying is expanded to “the whole kit and caboodle.” To learn more cowboy lingo and much more about children’s and youth library services, join us this September at ALSC’s 2008 National Institute taking place in Salt Lake City, Utah, September 18 – 20.  For more information or to register visit www.ala.org/alscinstitute.  Registration ends August 20 so don’t delay!
